Discover the Winter Woodland tea.

The sensation of crisp cool air, and bright sunshine caressing one’s face while sipping and savouring a fresh cup of woodland tea. Ah yes, Dr. Nancy Turner, a renowned ethnobotanist, and Ecoforestry Institute Society co-chair Barry Gates, invite you to join them in a forest walk to discover what winter has in store for making a delightful woodland tea. Afterwards, at the Homestead enjoy a cup of woodland tea and fresh baking, participate in a silent auction in which all All proceeds will help fund future Ecoforestry Society Institute workshops and events. Please bring cash or cheque. Non-members: $45/person.
